Target audience:
1. Fresh residency graduates & those in their last years of residency.
2. Those who want to start their private practice whose main load is lumbar spine cases.
3. Those who want to refine their skills in different lumbar spine approaches (laminectomy, discectomy, fusion, instrumentation & percutaneous injections).
Intended learning outcomes (ILOs):
1. In depth understanding of the basic concepts of low back pain (LBP) & lumbar radiculo-pathy.
2. Understanding the recommended nomenclature of lumbar disc in normal & disease conditions.
3. Understanding the main aspects of lumbar degenerative spine diseases (disc herniation, stenosis, listhesis).
1. Course attendance including lectures, model illustration & live cases.
2. Printouts.
3. Subsistence (coffee breaks & lunch for 2 days).
4. Course certificate.
Attention: the candidates may be invited to attend live cases withing 1 month before & 1 month after the course days, in order to compensate for inability to provide a good number of live cases on the course days.
The course is limited to 9 participants (3 participants for each live case).
The fees do not include accommodation.

Terms and Conditions:
Payment is mandatory for confirmation of registration. Payment can be made by bank transfer, Western Union or Vodafone cash. On-site payment is not accepted.
Cancellation policy:
Cancellation up to 4 weeks before the course (2/2/2023) — no cancellation charge.
Cancellation up to 2 weeks before the course (16/2/2023) — 50% of course fee cancellation charge.
No show on the course days — 100% of course fee cancellation charge (unless for exceptional extenuating circumstances where a replacement candidate can attend the course).
If the course cannot take place for any reason related to the organizing committee, the registration fee will be fully refunded. Please note that the organizing committee is not responsible for transport cancellation & travel restrictions. We highly recommend to first make sure that you are allowed to travel to Egypt, to verify which rules & protocols must be followed for your country. In case of refund, refund fees will be fees will be deducted from the course fees.
